Maintenance Support Levels

Beginning on May 1, 2016, we’re offering three maintenance support levels.

One of the key differentiators between Southern Web and our competitors is that we have always maintained an incredible level of responsiveness to our clients’ requests.

Our team responds to hundreds of requests from hundreds of clients every month. With so many requests and varying degrees of importance, we implemented a new maintenance support policy to help set expectations on turnaround and cost.

  • Clients on a retainer plan will receive priority and more favorable billing intervals.
  • Rush and non-retainer support will have a one-hour minimum charge.
  • Same-day turnaround will be billed at 1.5 times the standard billing rate.
